Power Yoga is a more dynamic yoga practice which works on maintaining strength of the body and mind, gradually increasing intensity, enhancing stamina, flexibility and posture, as well as increasing mental focus which can help to reduce stress levels. Due to the dynamic nature of the class it burns more calories than most traditional forms of yoga and therefore can help with weight loss. Each class finishes with relaxation to give the body and mind opportunity to absorb the benefits of the practice.
This is the perfect class for those who are aiming to achieve and maintain the strength of both their body and mind.
