About this Class
Morning yoga is a great opportunity to recalibrate the mind, body, and breath, whilst energising and motivating you for the day ahead. Prepare to focus on the breath with movement to awaken and relieve tension from the joints, spine and encourage circulation to the muscles.
This class will warm up, stretch and mobilise the entire body, including moving through sun salutations, strength based alignment poses, balancing poses and flow. Each class will end in a relaxing Savasana.
This class is suitable for students who are new to yoga as well as long-time practitioners. Modifications will be offered for newer students as well as more challenging options for the more experienced practitioners.
Investment: AED 70 for 1 hour class for non members. Members AED 50.
