About this Class
In this class, we practice poses to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body flowing from pose to pose linking the movement with the breath. This is a great class to help you build your practice along with strengthening and working on flexibility in the body and mind. We will move through a variety of postures and poses, including sun salutations, standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.
Modifications and options will be offered throughout the class, so that everyone has an option to listen to their body in order to find their own personal level fo practice and to encourage participation of everyone.
Set in a calm, supportive and nurturing environment that will help you focus on your practice so you can feel good about your body and your mind.
Each class finishes with relaxation in savasana to further release stress/anxiety and muscle tension. Giving you an opportunity to absorb the benefits of the practice within the body, mind and breath.
All levels and beginners welcome.
Investment: AED 70 for 55 minute class for non members. Members and Hotel Guests AED 50.
