About this Class
Power Yoga is a more dynamic yoga practice, it's faster, more intense and the focus is more on building strength and less on meditation or chanting. It works on maintaining strength of the body and mind, gradually increasing intensity, enhancing stamina, flexibility, posture as well as mental focus which can help to reduce stress.
It is rigorous and burns more calories than most traditional forms of yoga and therefore can help with weight loss.
Each class finishes with relaxation in savasana to further release any stress/anxiety and muscle tension. Giving you an opportunity to absorb the benefits of the practice within the body, mind and breath.
Investment: AED 70 for 55 minute class for non members. Health Club Members and Hotel Guests AED50.
