About this Class
Pilates concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength, helping to improve muscle tone, flexibility, mobility and muscle strength. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, and developing a strong core, helping to improve posture, coordination and balance.
It supports correct posture and teaches us to move with ease and grace.
Progressions and modifications will be offered throughout the class from a preparation stage, to intensifying the movement so that everyone has an option to listen to their body in order to find their own personal level for the class.
Pilates also focuses on mind-body connection, ensuring precisoin and control throughout the repertoire of movements. Which in turn can help relieve stress & tension in our body.
Investment: AED 70 for 1 hour class for non members. Members AED 50.
