About this Class
Yogalates combines the focus and techniques of both Yoga and Pilates aiming to create greater mind and body awareness with strength, stamina, flexibility and balance. A key element of this class is working to improve body alignment and posture as well as creating a strong, stable core foundation.
The class will include breath awareness with yoga poses including stretching and flexibility, working with stability and mobility of the joints along with core and abdominal strengthening. Progressions and modifications will be offered throughout from a preparation stage, to intensifying the movement so that everyone has an option to listen to their body in order to find their own personal level for the class.
Yogalates classes will also include mindfulness and relaxation practices.
Yogalates can be an effective way to improving muscle tone as well as developing a leaner and stronger physique, whilst reaping the benefit of both Yoga and Pilates.
Investment: AED 70 for 1 hour class for non members. Members AED 50.
