About this Class
A yoga class focusing on tuning in with breath awareness linking this to the physical poses to help still the fluctuations of the mind to be more present in the moment and the movement. Each class finishes with relaxation in savasana to further release stress/anxiety and muscle tension. Giving you an opportunity to absorb the benefits of the practice, within the body, mind and breath.
Investment: AED 60 for 1 hour class to be paid in cash on the day. Booking is essential as there are limited spaces available.
What to bring: Yoga mat – we have some available if required. Optional - towel and some water.
