About this Class
Gentle Yoga is a less intense, non-strenuous, mindful, soothing and meditative class with emphasis on being present in your body, breath and mind. Alignment, inward focus and mindfulness are tools used in this class. Gentle yoga classes are for those who want a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice with sufficient time to use props and make adjustments.
Each class finishes with relaxation in savasana to further release stress/anxiety and muscle tension. Giving you an opportunity to absorb the benefits of the practice within the body, mind and breath.
Investment: AED 70 for 55 minute class for non members. Members and Hotel Guests AED50.
