About this Class
Small group Beginner Yoga Classes are ideal for those starting their yoga journey and for those who are seeking continued understanding of the foundations of yoga. Focusing on the fundamentals of yoga poses, alignment, sequences, stability, breath and flow. This is a great class to help you build your practice along with strength and flexibility in the body and mind.
Set in a calm, supportive and nurturing environment that will help you focus on your practice so you can feel good about your body and your mind. These smaller classes provide an opportunity to connect with your fellow yogi’s and yoga teacher.
Each class finishes with relaxation in savasana to further release stress/anxiety and muscle tension. Giving you an opportunity to absorb the benefits of the practice within the body, mind and breath.
Investment: AED 60 for 1 hour class to be paid in cash on the day. Booking is essential as there are limited spaces available.
What to bring: Yoga mat – we have some available if required. Optional - towel and some water.
