About this Class
Beginner Yoga Classes are ideal for those starting their yoga journey and for those who are seeking continued understanding of the foundations of yoga. Focusing on the fundamentals of yoga poses, alignment, sequences, stability, breath and flow. This is a great class to help you build your practice along with strength and flexibility in the body and mind.
Set in a calm, supportive and nurturing environment that will help you focus on your practice so you can feel good about your body and your mind.
Each class finishes with relaxation in savasana to further release stress/anxiety and muscle tension. Giving you an opportunity to absorb the benefits of the practice within the body, mind and breath.
Investment: AED 70 for 55 minute class for non members. Members and Hotel Guests AED50.
